Image Dental Arts is a privately owned, full-service dental laboratory built on relationships, craftsmanship, and an unwavering commitment to the dentists we serve.

For more than 20 years, we've partnered with doctors and their teams — delivering exceptional restorations alongside the communication and support that make great dentistry possible. Every case that comes through our doors is treated as more than a job; it's an extension of the trust a doctor has placed in us, and the confidence a patient has placed in their dentist.

From same-day cases to complex full-mouth reconstructions, our team blends technical precision with an artisan's eye for detail — because we know that behind every restoration is a real person looking for a reason to smile again. It's this dedication to craftsmanship, paired with responsive communication and a genuine partnership mindset, that has kept doctors trusting us with their patients' care for over two decades.
Meet Mark Anderson, CDT and President of Image Dental Arts, alongside his wife, Jennifer. Together, they share a deep appreciation for dentistry, relationships, and serving others.

Born in Fletcher, NC, and now living in Clyde, Mark is a graduate of Enka High School. He studied Dental Laboratory Technology at Durham Tech and earned an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from AB Tech. A dental technician for over 35 years and a Certified Dental Technician (CDT) for more than 25 years, Mark is also PTC certified and remains deeply committed to continuing education. His experience, dedication, and passion for dental technology are at the heart of Image Dental Arts.

Mark’s experience runs deep. Before founding Image Dental Arts in 2002, he helped build the Removable Department at Anderson Dental Lab, where he served as Vice President of Fixed and Removable departments for 14 years. Today, he remains a hands-on leader at Image, working at the bench, overseeing quality control, evaluating cases, and keeping a close eye on the restorations headed to our clients. With a sharp eye for anterior esthetics, Mark is continually exploring new technology, materials, techniques, and innovations to help our team deliver the best possible results.

For Mark, dentistry is more than a career—it’s a family legacy. His family has been serving dentists throughout Western North Carolina, Upstate South Carolina, and beyond for more than 50 years. That tradition of craftsmanship, education, innovation, and personal relationships continues today at Image Dental Arts. When Mark and Jennifer step away from the lab, they enjoy what matters most—time with family and friends and the great outdoors. Whether hunting, fishing, spending time at the lake, or simply enjoying God’s creation, their faith, family, and relationships remain at the center of their lives.
